Introduction

Use of a PC4 stretcher is an important step to permanently fixing or managing your phimosis so that your foreskin functions normally. ‘Normal’ means your foreskin can slide comfortably over your glans when your penis is both flaccid and erect. As it is meant to.

My belief is that most men can avoid circumcision by stretching their foreskin. Sometimes it can be fixed completely without further stretching. For other men follow-up “maintenance” stretches will be needed to keep the stretch at the desired level. The stretching process that I have found to be successful is:

–  Day 1: stretch with the PC4 + an oil-based lubricant.
–  After stretching apply a steroid cream or a suitable NSAID cream.
–  Apply more cream before sleep.
–
Day 2: rest, no stretching. Apply more cream in the morning and before sleep.
–
Day 3: repeat Day 1 stretching
–
Day 4: repeat Day 2 resting
–
continue

So it is straightforward. If you experience discomfort then stop for longer than a day until the skin recovers. The essential kit one needs is:

1.  a PC4 stretcher
2.  vaseline & vegetable oil lubricant, or a similar oil-based product
3.  a medicinal cream: either steroid or a suitable (non-irritating) NSAID cream

With these and following the above process, I believe most men can achieve their stretching goal in around 12 weeks. If you do not use the medicinal cream then it is far harder and it is quite likely you will not reach your goal at all.

My story is that I acquired phimosis as a 50 year-old man after a simple thrush infection (candida yeast) caused a skin split on my inner foreskin. The yeast infection was resolved quickly with anti-fungal cream. But as the inner foreskin healed it became tighter. This worsened because cuts and tightening from normal erections led to further cuts, and further tightening.

Silicone rings would not work for me so I created this stretcher and the PC4 is the 4th version of this. This has taken 8 years of design and refinement plus the working out of an effective stretching process together with a suitable lubricant and medicinal cream.

If you follow my instructions you can avoid the many mistakes I made; I did not have this information. This means you should achieve an even better result and with no skin cuts.

Feel free to email me (thames.metal.designs@gmail.com) to ask any question about stretching not covered below. Also, please email me if you have learnings to share. The solution is now quite well-developed but I have no doubt further refinements can and will be made.

My goal is to be part of the process that leads to the development of a highly reliable method for stretching the foreskin which is accessible to every man in the world and without it costing a fortune. It will not displace circumcision but will hopefully provide a reliable alternative.

Introduction

Use of a PC4 stretcher is an important step to permanently fixing or managing your phimosis so that your foreskin functions normally. ‘Normal’ means your foreskin slides comfortably over your glans when your penis is both flaccid and erect. As it is designed to.

It is my belief that most men* can avoid circumcision by stretching. Sometimes it can be fixed completely and other times follow-up “maintenance” stretches are needed to retain the stretch at the desired level. The basic process is:

–  Day 1: stretch with the PC4 + an oil-based lubricant.
–  After stretching apply a steroid cream or a suitable NSAID cream.
–  Apply more cream before sleep.
–
Day 2: rest, no stretching. Apply more cream in the morning and before sleep.
–
Day 3: repeat Day 1 stretching
–
Day 4: repeat Day 2 resting
–  Continue

So it is fairly straightforward. If you experience discomfort then stop for longer than a day until the skin recovers. The essential elements are:

1.  PC4 stretcher
2.  vaseline & vegetable oil lubricant, or a similar oil-based product
3.  medicinal cream: a steroid or suitable (non-irritating) NSAID cream

About me. Previously I spent time several years working on the commercial side of the over-the-counter (OTC) consumer healthcare industry. Latterly I worked at a company which became part of GlaxoSmithKline. There I developed an interest in, and an understanding of, many of the OTC remedies used to treat common ailments. This includes medicines called NSAIDs which is an acronym for Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs. Since then I have added a range of practical skills, including design and manufacturing.
